After receiving your HPCC ID credential with a temporary password, please log in to the User Management UI to update your password. 


Your temporary password can only be used only one time and can only be used to log in to the User Management UI.

After your first successful login, our system will require you to update the password.

In addition, you should change your password regularly to protect your HPCC ID account.


Step 1: Access to the User Management UI

Open your browser and navigate to  https://ipa.hpcc.vn. In case the following Authentication Popup appears:











press Cancel to dismiss the form and access the main UI:



Step 2: Login using your HPCC ID credential

Each registered user will be provided a username and a temporary password. Input your credential, then press Login: 

Step 3: Update your password

After your first successful logging in, you will be asked to provide a new password. Please provide the required information as follow:

  • Current Password: Your provided temporary password
  • OTP: Leave blank
  • New Password: Input your new password
  • Verify Password: Re-input your new password



After updating your password successfully, you will be able to see your profile detail:


Step 4: Log in to other services using your HPCC ID

After updating your password successfully, you can use your HPCC ID to log in to other services: Task Management, Git, Documents, and Notebooks,...
